Expo Schedule of Operation:

Set-up Thursday, May 21, 2009 noon - 7:00pm
Set-up Friday, May 22, 200 8:00am - 12:00pm(noon)
Open to Public Friday, May 22, 2009 12:00pm(noon) to 10:00pm
Open to Public Saturday, May 23, 2009 9:00am to 10:00pm
Open to Public Sunday, May 24, 2009 9:00am to 5:00pm
Breakdown & loadout Sunday after main stage entertainment or by noon Monday

Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

The Expo committee reserves the right to make all decisions regarding space assignments.

All Expo spaces are located outside in the middle of contestant teams, next to the food court, beer garden and entertainment. You may supply your own tent, but cannot stake into the parking lot. Or you may rent a tent from the rental company used by GAB.

Security will be provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Security will not longer be on site as of Sunday, May 24, 2009 at 10:00pm.
