Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

The Expo committee reserves the right to make all decisions regarding space assignments.

All Expo spaces are located outside in the middle of contestant teams, next to the food court, beer garden and entertainment.   You may supply your own tent, but cannot stake into the parking lot.  Or you may rent a tent from the rental company used by GAB.

Kansas City, KS Business License fee - $62.00 to each vendor who does not already have a license.  We will send this information to you after receiving your completed contract.

Security will be provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.   Security will not longer be on site as of Sunday, May 25, 2008 at 10:00pm.
